My automatic renwal of my monthly membership has failed a few times. I went to try to renew it through the membership page on the site but get the message that “there are no available payment methods for my state.” I am from USA. Is there some way to fix this so I can have my membership renew?
I have solved the problem. I started the process of creating a new account to see if that would work and I was informed that my monthly renewal choice of membership is no longer offered. I logged back in and changed my cart to the 3 month membership and was able to complete my order.
hi, thanks for the info, well our payment provider get a new bank license and next weeks should be all fine and the old recurring works again.
You made it clever and filed your credit card infos new 🙂 and landing on our second payment provider …. also a way 🙂
